NatWest/Royal Bank of Scotland/Ulster Bank
This was a large IT migration project, involving training thousands of premier banking staff in NatWest & Ulster Bank as part of the acquisition by RBS. The migration took over six months of concentrated class based training and CBT modules for over two thousand staff.

Barclays Bank
Adopting a new hardware device (POD), Barclays required staff to assist in the implementation of new working methods in their back office environment. We were involved in helping to install the hardware and train staff in the new software. Over 1200 staff were trained over a period of 18 months.
